Returns and Refund Policy

All products carry a seven-day money back policy*. Bespoke items or items made to your specification or products imported in to us. (i.e. Designer Lighting) are not covered and you will be notified at the time of purchase if this is the case.

You must return the product without any evidence of installation or modification with the original packaging.  All lamps, fixings and others parts supplied must also be returned.

We have the right to refuse refunds if the above conditions have not been adhered to.

Delivery charges, from and to Weybridge Lights, remain the responsibility of the customer unless the goods received are incorrect, damaged or faulty.  Refunds will be made once the products arrive back with us.

To enable us to process your return efficiently please contact us on 01932 820318 or and we will provide you with a returns number to quote on your documentation.

Weybridge Lights is not liable for unwanted goods to be returned. Courier or registered post, with appropriate insurance value, can be used to return goods, or we can arrange for collection via our courier (you are liable for all the courier costs in regard to the collection).

*Only applys to consumers and not business to business transactions.


Faulty Products

Notification is required within Three days of receipt of any damages, faults or shortages.

Weybridge Lights will not accept any responsibility after this period has expired.

Should any goods be faulty or damaged they will be replaced or refunded in full according to the customer's requirements. If only part of the item is damaged or faulty then we will send out a replacement for what is required.  In the event that the appropriate part cannot be sent, the whole item will be replaced.  Weybridge Lights will pay the return delivery costs and delivery of replacement parts for any damaged or faulty items.

Weybridge Lights cannot be held responsible for any related expenses such as loss of earnings, electrician’s fees etc. incurred in the event of faulty or missing items being supplied.

All products supplied by Weybridge Lights must be installed by a qualified electrician.



A one-year, return to store warranty, is provided on all products with the exception of lamps (light bulbs).

Should a fault occur, within one year of purchase, following an assessment, the product will be repaired or replaced as required.

This warranty is limited to electrical components and is void if it is deemed that the product has been incorrectly installed or suffered abuse in a manner not intended for the purpose supplied.
